Did you know?
Both sexes can be clearly distinguished from one another. While females are brown, the males exhibit an intensive blue colour. They inhabit the tropical forests of Tanzania, where they are found exclusively on Screwpine (Pandanus rabaiensis). Normally, only one male is found inhabiting a tree, whereas one or several
females and several young are found living in each tree. These diurnal geckos are predominantly insectivores.
