Please enquire about your tour date at least four weeks in advance of your planned tour using our online form or by phoning the Safari Office. We will try our best to accommodate you on the date that you have requested, but we do ask you to understand that certain days of the year can be fully booked months in advance. You will receive written confirmation from us concerning your tour. Cancellations are free of charge up to seven days before the booked date! From the sixth day onwards, you may reschedule your booking once, subject to a one-off rescheduling fee of 20 euros. In the event of a no-show, we will charge 100 per cent of the package price.
