Did you know?

Madagascar giant day geckos inhabit rainforests and dry forests of flat and hilly areas, but also banana plantations and settlements, where they can be found on fences or houses. These diurnal animals feed on insects, nectar and fruits. They are very competitive with territorial fights often breaking out between
males. The eggs are laid in hiding places. The incubation period is between 38 and 81 days.
