Cooking course with the chef of Hacienda Las Casas

Glazed scallops, tournedos of veal or churrasco skewers don’t just make your mouth water, but are enjoyable to prepare with friends or colleagues. You are in the right place here with us if you don’t want to miss out on this fun!

In the ambience of Hacienda Las Casas you will receive a welcome drink and be swept away to learn the culinary skills of South American cuisine.

In the preparation of a perfect menu our "Jefe de Cocina" will gladly show you a few tips and tricks that you can use at home. After enjoying the starter and the main meal all participants have the chance to exclusively enjoy the evening ambience of the theme world Gondwanaland with one of our zoo guides. On returning to the Hacienda Las Casas desert will be served and you can while away the rest of the evening.
