Did you know?
Palm treefrogs also inhabit areas that have been greatly altered or colonised by humans. They reach a size of 4.5 to 5.5 cm, are nocturnal and live close to waterbodies. Their diet is made up from invertebrates. In the breeding season, choirs of males start calling in the evening hours. Their eggs form a kind of film on the surface of waterbodies.
